PostHog processes data on its US Cloud servers. IP addresses are discarded before the event is stored. Form input values are automatically masked in recordings. For more information, see the PostHog Privacy Policy.
Anonymous session recordings: When you accept analytics cookies, PostHog may record your session navigation anonymously (cursor movement, clicks, and scrolling) to help us improve the experience. We do not record keystrokes, form field values, or sensitive data. Recordings are limited to 50% of sessions that show intent (WhatsApp click, FAQ opening, 75% scroll, etc.) and are deleted after 30 days.
